Registration
- All foreigners ( Including foreigners of Indian origin) visiting India on Long Term (more than 180 days) Entry (X) Visa, Student Visa, Medical / Medical Attendant Visa, Research Visa, Business Visa etc. are required to get Registered themselves with the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO) / Foreigners Registration Officer (FRO) within 14 days of arrival.
- We provide the service of getting registered with the concerned FRRO / FRO.
Documents Required for Registration are as follows
- Current Passport.
- Valid Indian Visa Page.
- Arrival Date Stamp.
- Passport Size Photographs 6 copies.
- Current Stay Address Proof along with Identity Card Proof of the owner.
- Consent letter / Undertaking Letter on behalf of the Applicant.
- Other documentary requirement depends on type of visa issued.
Stay Visa Extension
- All foreigners ( Including foreigners of Indian origin) visiting India on Long Term (more then 180 days) Entry (X) Visa, Medical Visa, Student Visa etc. once been issued Residential Permit by Local FRRO / FRO are allowed to stay in India till expiry date of their RP/Stay Visa. If they want to extend their stay in India they have to apply for their extension at least 60 days before the date of RP/Visa.
- We provide the service of getting Stay visa extension.
Documents Required for Stay Visa Extension are as follows
- Current Passport, or Passport in which last stay visa were issued.
- Current Stay visa stamp page.
- Arrival date stamp page.
- Registration Report along with Residential Permit and previous Stay visa extension stamp pages if any.
- Passport Size Photographs 6 copies.
- Current Residential Address Proof along with Identity Card of the owner.
- Consent letter / Undertaking letter on behalf of Applicant.
- Other documents depend on type of visa issued.
